It all started with a messy rescue dog named Duke.

Fernando Becattini, Jr., CEO, and founder of Neater Pets, first came up with the idea for the Neater Feeder when he noticed all the spilled food and water around his dogs’ bowls. He thought to himself that there had to be a better way to feed pets than simply placing a pair of bowls on the floor.

Duke and Dakota, the Becattini’s two rescue dogs, were world champion mess makers. After running around the yard on a hot day, one of Duke's favorite tricks was to tip over his entire bowl of water and lay in it to cool off. 

Determined to stop Duke’s mess and help prevent other pets from being re-homed due to their destructive behaviors, Fernando invented the first mess-proof feeder ever brought to the market, the Neater Feeder. 

Since 2009, we’ve launched hundreds of new products that make everyday life with pets easier so pet parents can spend more time enjoying their pets and less time cleaning up after them. 

Thanks to this success, we can now give back to the rescue pets that inspired us by donating to local animal shelters.

Neater Pets makes most of our products in the USA. We have four manufacturing plants and a distribution center located in Michigan. Our home office is in Pennsylvania. We are a small, family-owned business. Thank you for your support and we hope you love your new Neater Feeder.
